Is it hard to find a dental hygiene job after you graduate from that major in college? I know it's a fast growing job, but is it overly occupied now?
***Dental hygiene question***?
If you reside in the states- dental hygiene is always in the top twenty lists for growing job opportunities. I think that your jobs and salary will depend on your local area and its demand- but this is true for all careers.
I am waiting to start my hygienists education in May- before I made this decision, I spoke with five people that I knew either currently in the program, or recently graduated; all found work only one is working part-time. (She chose this option because she was 4 months pregnant at the time of graduation and she only wants to work a couple of days a week.)
Hope this helps you.
Good Luck.
