Degree in Dental Hygiene??

Does it matter if I get my associates or bachelor degree in dental hygiene? Could I get a better job if I have my bachelors, or does it not really matter? I'm just trying to decide if I just get my associates degree or bachelor degree in dental hygiene? any information would be greatly appreciated =)

Degree in Dental Hygiene??
I'm not sure if getting one's bachelor's in dental hygiene is that much more of an asset unless wanting to teach or such. I do know that the program itself is quite rigorous which is heavy in the sciences, even the prereq's. Each program may have different requirements.

For more general info: www.bls.gov/oco and search 'dental hygiene'.

For US colleges: www.utexas.edu/world/univ
Reply:do dental hygien-est assist dentist during cleanings and all taht? if so, id say go for your bachelors. so many people are going for the other one that they like to keep them young, so your job isnt that stable. you'll feel better about yourself with BA/BS adn you'll get paid more automatically. good luck
