If you are a dentist, remember , all of the liability is on you. They push you to do procedures faster than you are comfortable or maybe uncomfortable doing altogether. If you can stand your ground, go ahead. If you're going to let them compromise your integrity just to make a buck, do temp hygiene instead.
Should i take a job offer at western dental?
Yea go for it if you want. Hey if you are not making money now make it at western dental. Western dental is awsome thats where i go for generl dentist and the ortho. But if you have doubts about then don't its best if you decide if you really want to or not. I hope you make a decision goodluck
